General Rental Policy:
Confirm your houseboat reservation with a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 (balance due within 60 days of departure). A confirmation and charter agreement will then be sent acknowledging receipt of your deposit, date of final payment, the dates you requested and other important information about your charter.
The unique nature of the houseboat rental business necessitates a very firm cancellation policy. Cancellation with full refunds are allowed only if someone is waiting to fill your reservation, otherwise your payment is subject to total forfeiture.
All houseboats rentals do not need to be accompanied by a motorboat or personal water craft, but it is "suggested". Bring yours or rent from us as a "special rate". Departure must be made at least 1 hour before sunset.
All houseboats must be moored for the night by dusk!
All boat and equipment rentals require cash or major credit card deposit. Lease agreements must be signed by a legal adult 25 yrs. or older.
- Early returns or cancellations will not result in a refund.
- Absolutely no exceptions!
